Taking less than the prescribed inhaler dose? (for asthma)

An older video in which I discuss whether you should take a lower inhaler dose than what was prescribed to you. People who have asthma sometimes feel better and may want to take less medication, because they worry they will become "addicted" to their inhalers. This is not really an addiction, but rather an effective treatment that controls a potentially serious condition. If you are having many asthma attacks, some of which may be life threatening, you may want to consider taking the right inhaler doses to prevent them. I do advise that if you are changing your inhaler doses, you should discuss this with your doctor or at least inform them that you are doing so.

Hi Dr Stefan cristian I have pulmonary fibrosis caused by keeping racing pigeons for over 30yrs years i was diagnosed with hypersensitivity pneumonitis 3yrs ago I'm 61yrs old never smoked i have remained stable the last 3yrs no hospital visits i am on no medication or inhalers but do use ambulatory liquid oxygen to exercise or any serious exertion, I use the portable liquid oxygen device about 2hrs aday, I have remained active and live a full life and I put this down to diet and exercise I walk 5 miles a day several days a week no problem doing atleast 30 miles a week, I truly believe that me remaining stable is due to my changes in eating exercise and eradicating the problem that caused my diagnosis my birds hopefully I will remain stable for many more years i really enjoy a your videos and advice thank you

This is my 10th comment
I am regularly asking this question why Asthma and allergies cause body pains especially joints pain.

6 years ago when I was feeling a lot of heat sensations throughout my body and my Dr diagnose asthma in me on the basis of chest x ray. When I had no breathing problems at all.
Later I start developing sneezing, stuffy nose and with heat sensations throughout my body. But I still I have no breathing problems like asthma Patients, I can walk I can run, But some times in the night I feel a little bit breathlessness.
Now after six years I still have allergic symptoms like stuffy nose, Sneezing and now am feeling a lot of joint aches
Why is this occuring because my inflammatory markers like CRP and ESR are normal
Am 22 years old boy

I had a severe reaction to the orange inhaler, I felt worse on it then off it and after three weeks had to stop.
