I’m really liking your 3-minute workouts and your mission to get women up and moving. At my age (76), I’ve recently re-tooled my daily workouts toward less cardio but more strength, flexibility, and mobility. Your workouts are just what I need. Please keep turning out more of them. I appreciate you!!!
