Bill is the closest I’ve seen a character come to complete omnipotence, he only has two-three set restrictions on his abilities.

-can’t enter a conscious mind without permission

-is completely stopped by unicorn magic and weirdness containment

Besides that, he seems to be able to do pretty much anything he wants

It was in this video I realized that it was whenever Bill's soul left his physical form, his physical form turns to stone. It wasn't just when he made the deal with Stan. At 2:15, I noticed ever slightly that his body turned to stone. I can't believe I never noticed that before. This is huge for me. Thank you.
