I think everyone forgets how important the intelligence ratio would play out in this fight, from what we saw in owl house, the collector is easily manipulated, so easy in fact that he was tricked into helping king JUST AFTER being betrayed by Belos, the only thing that really balanced it out was how insanely powerful he was, but with someone as powerful as bill, who is shown to be extremely intelligent and manipulate even Ford who is extremely smart, bill could probably trick collector into losing against him, maybe promise to make a deal with him that accidentally gave bill all of collectors powers

While both are powerful, the collector appears to only have control over the tangible world, such as by terraforming, whereas Bill can reshape and rewrite reality itself.

Personally I feel like bill could manipulate/outsmart the collector seeing how belos could lie to him and king was able to make the collector help out by lying about playing the owl house, and bill being able to outsmart Stanford, I think he wouldn’t have a problem outsmarting collector.

The thing is that bill is literally un kill able once the portal opens as in the show the only way you can defeat him is if he’s in your head and you destroy him in his trading form or doing the ancient circle thingy but you need to have all the people together and bill needs to be near by. There’s probably other ways to kill him like technology or weapons like the one ford had; but overall bill kills collector and the amphibia girl forgot her name the end L + ratio
