guys who happen to have both these handles and the older chrome J handles, i personally find the chrome handles to be better for curls. it just feels better, maybe its the slight angling of the handles vs the the constant moving around of these handles here. these handles though i find better for shoulder raises.

Finally less talking very good Training . If you would have layed out the rep plan and sets per day plus a nutritional plan to add to lifting and cardio for everyone's weight and height. If you made an algorithm program for finding it through an app we can make some good checks.

nice job using your shoulders on the single arm bicep, lol your elbow shouldnt move if you are actualy isolating

“For you girls ....”. Wow. Sorry JOHN but some girls do lift heavy and we don’t have big bulky arms. Get some education.
