I loved you chest exercise video, I'm an amputee right leg below the knee, I'm having a bit of trouble getting on the slide board and being able to reach the cables, do you have any suggestions?

Your decline flye is actually an incline back & flye your hands over your belly or to ur sides like gymnastic rings

Everytime I try to workout my chest i feel it more in my arms and shoulder. I know I'm probably doing something wrong but what is it actually? I've been trying everything to get it right. Any suggestions?

Question...Someone tell me how you get to this position on the first place. I can't reach the cables when I sit up on the platform like he is doing. You almost need someone to hand you the cables once you are in this starting position. Thoughts?

What about dips for lower chest ? Will they work as good as the low fly for building the lower chest

I must be doing something wrong with the total gym. Because every exercise I do only burns my shoulders and makes my palms hurt. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

How do I keep from sliding down whilst working out. I'll start sat towards the top and my butt keeps sliding down the thing as I go. Really hinders the process.
