Excellent! Thank you, John! I have wanted to build my lata for quite a while, but free weights have not done the job, it is more fun and I believe very effective to do it in my total gym, which I have not used. Do you have other videos? I need to build up my 'booty' to strengnthen my glutes and help me recoup from an injury I had on my left knee 8 months ago, Congratulations John on your instruction is to the point, clear and inspiring! I would like more videos from you!!

Totalgymdirect I am a frequent gym goer. I hit the gym no less than 6 days a week... however when I travel for business I always use total gym xls. A back workout that I do on this is called the surfer. You kneel on the sideboard much like you are doing tricep kickbacks, but kneel further back and lean face forward with arms straight out in front of you and then bring yours arms back, keeping them straight just like your pushing yourself thru water. I do these at the highest incline and it added great width and detail to my lats.

one of the best things to do on this is to use the cables with the pulley unhooked - then you're working with dead weight. best for doing the 2 rows he did in the beginning, assuming you don't wanna lift the gym base up onto a window sill to get the height you need for a good workout that is. ;-)

Where are your legs?  Do you have your knees bent and keep your feet up?  Just not sure what to do, plus how do you know what angle to put the bench?  Thanks!

Are you recommending one muscle group per day.. example chest on Monday, back on Tuesday, arms on Wednesday and shoulders on Thursday. Also, are you recommending 3 different exercises per muscle group and 12-15 reps per set totaling 3 sets per exercise n

What about lower back? I had a spinal fusion l4-l5 2 years ago and have to be careful how I workout but want to still hit the lower back.
