for front raises, you're better off laying down on the bench with feet facing tower obviously for better front raises. laying down is how you normally do side raises anyway, you can do it for front. but during these front raises here, the cable is coming from behind you when sitting up but the cable is not resisting the whole time. if you lay back and do raises, you've got the cable pulling away the whole time.

Hey John, all the exercises you have shown work great on my body, however my body looks great for the day I exercise but not when I dont. What can I do to sustain my muscles ?
