I'm 69 and have worked out since I was 32. Bought my first Total Gym (25 anniversary edition) last week and will start my new routine today.

total gym is great for back. back and shoulders the best as far as upper body goes. i continue to look for more videos with more innovative movements or tips to get more out of each exercise. good machine to combine with freeweights.

I also did the pullup this exercise. The next day I did have muscle pains in my lats. The Total Gym works very well.

I am 68 years old anad have been using the total gym for 2o years. loved it! Should we do these 7 workouts every day or just 3 times a week?
