WHY DO I LUV MY TOTAL GYM. WELL IT GETS REAL RESULTS. I'M A PRETTY LAZY FELLA .I'M RETIRED.I WATCH A LOT OF TV.SO I PUT MY TOTAL GYM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM 3 WEEKS AGO. ALONG WITH WATCHING WHAT I'M EATING I'M BACK TO MY PREFERRED WEIGHT AND REALLY STARTING TO GET CUT PHYSIQUE AGAIN.I RECOMMEND TOTAL GYM BECAUSE IT'S AWSUM.

i have the 1500, i don't work for total gym but i will say this for it: if you're out of shape, poorly muscled and have enough poundage to give good resistance, then this is EXCELLENT to get into shape, it's true, but eventually you will work your way out of it. you can only set the setting so high before it gets too easy. i put my total gym on the highest level, and then pick the front part of it off the floor and put it onto a folding chair to make the angle even higher for better resistance. another thing, if i haven't trained in a while and i use this, and do a proper workout, i don't get as sore as i do with the free weights and soreness shows you got a good workout (after a long layoff i mean). for any bodybuilders, this will at best keep you toned if you're on the road. but for any beginners or intermediates out there who need to gain muscle safely and lose weight, this is an excellent option but use free weight dumbbells along with it to better your arm workouts.

is there alternative to getting on knees and get same workout I just had knee surgery and unable to bend my knee
