This is an easy tutorial guide for beginners, or anyone wanting to clean the inside of their Xbox themselves, as after a while, dust can build up and cause overheating issues and other problems.

I try and make this an easy Xbox One S teardown video anyone can follow at home. 😁

I have had my Xbox for a few years and never cleaned it until today. I had a problem where it would be extremely loud when it was switched on and some games would cause my fan spin really fast and cause the Xbox to switch off.
Cleaned it and I can finally play without worrying about my Xbox switching off. Thank you so much for your guide🙏

I’ve had my Xbox one s for 4 years now and I wanted to make sure I wasn’t screwing up anything when cleaning it.
This tutorial was simple and enjoyable.

Dont be afraid to open it guys, just be gentle and keep in mind that doing this will prolong your xbox life. And also, its a 10 minute job and i just did mine. I didnt remove all the screws just the green ones, you dont have to remove the plastic backplate just the big top plastic cover, and i also dont recommend lifting up the disc drive or hdd if you are not familiar with these type of things. I was surprised that mine had a bit of dust on the power supply and everything else was pretty clean.
Oh and btw, as i dont have an air compressor i just used the hair dryer (its not as powerfull as an air compressor but it will do its job removing most of the dust)

I started this at 2AM verry carefully, had to go underneath the blankets to dampen the noise of my unclipping it and worked from there, it is now 3:52 and I am almost done and much happier, thank you so much and when I first heard your voice at the begging I knew u because I had watched ur trigger lock short videos so I knew I was in good hands, thank you verry much because this saved me lmao

So during this step of opening the console (1:54) in video. I noticed it was easier to remove this by first going around each side, release the clips and then leave this part until the very end. It should help to peal away from the adhesive? Clip? Idk this part is certainly different
