I had chronic hip pain for decades. One session strengthening piriformis muscles, like this does, ended my hip pain. I occasionally do a workout for those muscles. The problem that had me limping sometimes is totally gone.

Question, how can I do this for my Silver Sneakers students who sit in a chair, and cannot get down on the floor? I am not allowed to take them to the floor.

Seems like my tendon has to slide over an obstruction to complete full movement. Sometimes i also get a cramp. The stretch that i get wirh these moveme tbdeel great though

Can you taylor exercises for those of us with more limited mobility. If I get on the floor I will be stuck there. My knees are weak from arthritis.
