This 15 minute workout uses one set of dumbbells to strengthen and tone your arms and back during pregnancy. Geared towards second trimester but good for any trimester. Work your entire upper body safely and effectively during pregnancy, and get light cardio in the process. Options for all fitness levels.

Should we be doing this several times? Like repeating the routine 2 or 3 times? Or just once??
Also does anyone do another workout after?
I'm confused about the amount of workout I should be doing :/ before getting pregnant I used to workout for an hr or more, and now doing 20 minutes looks like a short workout, but feels well, since I don't want to over do it. Any advise? Thanks!!!!

Hey, congratulations Amy! I didn't know you were expecting again. I did your workouts last year throughout my pregnancy every day and i always enjoyed it. I'm trying to lose the last 2-3 inches off my waist since the last few months, but I'm stuck with a mommy belly. Can you suggest anything?

I have been watching your videos and love the workouts but I agree that the music is too loud, I cannot hear you well over it and I like to hear the person so it feels like they are in the room coaching me. Please fix the volume on all your prenatal workouts.
