This is a classic bolognese sauce with pancetta, pork and beef simmered in red wine, broth and tomatoes. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup pancetta
1 cup diced shallots
5 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup celery thinly sliced
1 cup diced carrots
1 Ib ground beef
1 Ib | 450 g ground pork
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 cup red wine
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
