Hi i just purchace my second ASUS Vivobook after a years later. But unfortunately i have crack/buzzing on right speaker ! i did all the instruction like update driver, format etc but it seem it's mechanic. Can you explain me how it's possible? is this factory problem and are you selling product with the defects? I am really unhappy about it. I also had issue with fluction of screens while watching NETFLIX. It seems mostly software issue and i hope it won't repeat but speaker issue is unbelieable...

Hey I'm having some serious issues with sound. It doesn't work despite showing up as working. Sound control panel gives me a green checkmark, it is not muted, sound setting all show that the volume is turned on and are even showing sound bars corresponding to how loud what I'm attempting to play is, but it still doesn't actually work, for both speakers and headphones. They only work for bluetooth for some reason. I've tried reinstalling audio driver too and it doesn't work. Even DirectX Diagnostic tool sees no problems. Absolutely every setting is green and giving me the ok, and yet no sound plays.

Additionally, the touchpad doesn't work either, despite pressing F10 (the button to turn on and off touchpad) not doing anything. Mouse works though.

hello, i recently bought a new asus laptop, I downloaded a app that updates every driver I had, the app said to clean the unnecessary drivers, but I didnt realize the app deleted the driver of the speaker, do you have any way to download back the audio speaker driver?

There is a bug in your bluetooth or audio driver have tried to connect budget tws and also premium headphone at different instances it sometimes just disables the audio!
Its quite strange and I don't know why there's no way to fix it I have to troubleshoot most of the time and then restore audio

I just disabled the option : audio enhancements. And worked 😅 now my computer sounds louder

Hey Asus, Why do I have the volume set to 100% om my Zenbook Q408UG but the sounds don't even play at 50%? Do you have a volume limiter setting hidden somewhere? I have every volume slider set to 100% but the volume never goes past 50%. Whats going on. How do I fix this?

Hello. I am having an issue where randomly my ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 audio sounds extremely muffled and like it is underwater. It does not sound like this when wearing headphones. im on the vivobook s14 and the speakers sound fine BUT THEY HAVE SUCH LOW VOLUME. You can turn op the equalizer but then the sound just distorts often. What is this?
