thanks... all the other videos had basically the same information but yours was the only one i watched that mentioned unpairing other devices, and i realized my husband pairs his airbuds all the time. That did the trick!

I had none of these sounds options. I cleared my cache and removed some unused apps. That did it.

The Dolby digital setting worked for us! We selected best available and that was the solution - thank you!!!!
