The solution is: installing audio driver from the internet. any audio driver? no. you should install one based on your system model, how to know system model? on search bar type system information and find system model. then go to internet type download <system model> audio driver. This wont work if you dont have a speaker, if you dont have a speaker then you might have the audio from pc and tv if your on the pc audio then check the back if your pc for 3 leads next to eachother with the colours pink green and blue if your on your p audio and you cant hear it could be becausr those leads arent plugged in, now bc you dint wanna plug thise leads in just click on the volune and wi fi button then next to the volume there should be an ootion to select a sound output and click the tv option
