This video really helped. When my laptop's speakers stop working, I thought to update my laptop, that was taking hours. I forced shutdown my laptop and update got cancelled, it took some time to restart my laptop and after that I tried this video and did exactly what this guy does and my audio problem got resolved. Thank you, we've had no sound for 2 weeks! Upgraded to Microsoft 10 & lost sound. Our tech repairman said speakers not connected? They were, we tested them elsewhere, they worked.
