Are you waiting out for an M4 Mac Mini or another M4 Device?

Keep the same layout. It is big enough to be stable (as opposed to the Apple TV size which is too close to a wobbly dongle), has room for ports, has room for proper cooling instead of letting the CPU get too close to 100C, and has space to stack another on top. That last bit makes it easy to keep an older model for media and a newer one for heavier computing.

Hay Matt, I will be getting the Logitech Blue Yeti Mic for my Base Model MacMini M2. I also currently own the Base Model M3 MacBook Pro, and a Silver iPad 9th generation with the Logitech keyboard. Just getting started with video editing, so that M4 iPad Pro and keyboard would be a more than welcome addition to my Mac lineup. My first Mac was the MacBook Air 2017 256GB model, so these new Macs are way better to me, but if I could afford it I would have gotten the M3 Pro MacBook Pro instead of the base. it's not just a question of a redesign of the new and possibly smaller Mac mini M4, it's also requires an update of various clients to be compatible with Wifi 7. That combination will be potent. And as for the RAM, well the old adage still applies: the more, the better. Brian

Tech wise.. i really just hope we get programmable AI so we can have a client that we can basically train to help us do specific task on our PCs, like managing a DJ collection and modifying file names, tags and so on. Currently theres only third party tools and none of them fully do what DJs need. So i'm looking forward to being able to leverage Ai for tasks i genuinely would need it for..

M4 Mac Mini will be a great update to my first generation M1, the design leaks look good. This little computer is a great alternative to have at home for any kind of work.
