I’ve had knee pain for 17 years when I fell and smashed my right knee. I have had 3 orthopedic surgeons tell me I needed a knee replacement immediately, but I have had two orthopedic surgeons tell me not to do it unless my pain is severe. They tell me my knee is so bad I should be in a wheelchair, but my pain is minimal except after line dancing classes or walking. Then I elevate it and ice it and it’s feels fine again. I love this new knee strengthening workout and could feel all of my muscles working. I also ride my bike 20 miles 3 times a week to keep it mobile. Thank you again for another great workout! ♥♥♥

I had knee surgery but can do many of your exercises in a modified version until I can go back to the gym. Thank you so much for being so fabulous and making my life so much better ❤️ I love your vids ❤️

I’m a 60 old male whose been doing your 5 minute spine and 10 minute knee exercises 4-5 times weekly for the past 2 years. I do feel fabulous after the exercise. Thank you for all you do!

Two months out from a total knee replacement and discharged from Physical Therapy yesterday. This knee workout is just what I need to continue healing and strengthening. I’m trying to avoid having my other knee replaced and exercise is the key. Thank you!!!!

I’ve had knee surgery on right knee and plantar fasciitis on left foot. After doing these exercises just once I can tell how good they are for me. I’m so glad I found you this morning! 8/8/23. 9:00am
