back with another low full day of meals, todays is pretty low calories (1500 calories upon request), I explain how to approach eating this many calories without becoming hungry!

I was sticking to around 1500 most days so this is quite useful. I am lifting heavy now though so I find 1500 doesn’t help as much anymore. I’m a 5ft10 woman.

You said you wouldn’t recommend below 1, 700 calories for anyone over 5ft7. Im 5ft 11 and I’m eating 1, 500 calories a day to get as lean as possible with in 60 days. It’s all about the time frame you have.

Just cut carbs out and fast . It's much healthier option if you want to cut weight. These are literally high quantity very bad quality nutrients you unnecessary put in your body for sake of putting them there. it's bonkers .
