Guided meditation for sleep (feat. soothing massage voice!)

I subscribed years ago when you debunked the “knots” that a massage therapist once told me I had. I do not have chronic pain, and I haven’t had a massage in years, so I’m not exactly your target audience, but this video popping up in my subscription feed was such a treat. How freeing to be released from the obligation to make sleep happen. Thank you for posting this wonderful video, and I hope you do more of this.
