I have been a stay at home mom/caregiver now for my 30yr old special needs daughter... when time comes to draw off my spouse since I don't have 10yrs of work, will I have to pay for both Medicare A&B?

If a person isn’t eligible for premium free Part A what gets issued? Is it a ‘Notice of Disapproved Claim?’ The term ‘eligible’ is quite abstract eligible as in premium free or ‘eligible but you will pay.’ Some of us have insurance stating if the person isn’t eligible for premium free Part A then they stay on the current insurance until such time they qualify, usually through the work history of the younger spouse. However, I cannot find exactly what one receives when they don’t qualify for premium free Part A.
