If we had to choose one bodyweight exercise that is the most effective to utilize in your workouts regularly, it would probably be the burpee.
It incorporates your lower body, upper body, core and cardio in just one exercise.
Regular burpees are challenging in themselves, but it's fun to change things up with variations once in a while. It's also helpful to know some variations if you need a slightly easier modification or if you want to really kick things up a notch and make them more difficult.
The key to burpees and any exercise, is to really push yourself each rep.
