legs should be shoulder length apart to avoid injuries on your knees.. when you jump in legs should be outer your hands and ankles almost or on a flat foot .... focus on safety when doing this exercise

No hate here, but burpees are not meant to be done with that amount of knee flexion. Going up and down is mainly driven by the hips, keeping them high as you go down and reaching height on the way up (as someone in the comments said: landing on flat feet)

Please for those watching, don’t think a burpee is some sort of squat thing.
