1/3 banana
1/4 cup of mixed frozen organic blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen organic spinach
3 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon - this keeps your blood sugar level
1/2 teaspoon of ginger - this strengthens your immune system among many other benefits
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 1/2 - 2 cups of coconut water - hands down the best form of hydration
Combine all of these ingredients in a blender or Nutra-Bullet and mix on high for 60 seconds. Enjoy!:))
