Thanks, Ransomware protection was blocking the access to my folders. Windows Security > Virus and threat protection > (bottom) controlled folder access > Manage Controlled folder access > Turn off controlled folder access or give access to last blocked app clicking at Allow an app through Controlled folder access and select recently blocked.
