How to fix Microsoft office 2016 2010 2019 installation error during setup in windows 10

windows 10 i go to program data and i don't have the microsoft help file I have microsoft folder which has no microsoft help file and there is a office 365 folder, what is so different about my windows 10 that i don't have microsoft help file in program data?

Both methods failed to work on windows 10. I renamed the Microsoft Help.Old in ProgramData and run as administrator for the set up file however nothing happened.

In the 2nd method my folder isn't deleting. A prompt of you must delete all tasks and sub folders pops up
