How to Setup an FTP Server on Windows 10/11

I tried and connected from my phone to the FTP server on my computer, there are 2 things in the process I did and adjusted, which may help everyone:
1. Turn off the firewall as in the video. I tried without turning off the firewall and could not access the ftp server
2. In IIS manager, need Path credentials with specific user
Right click on the FTP server in IIS > Basic Settings > Connect as > Set > Fill in the user account and password > Done.

Nice Tutorial, very helpful to learn the intricate procedures step-by-step.
There is a caveat, turning off the firewall is very risky, Firewall is there to safeguard the pc, from malicious attacks.

From the FTP client (tested with Windows and FileZilla), I had to precede the user name by the server name to be able to connect. By example of this video, it should have been DESKTOP-OU61HT3\ftp-user (as shown at 05:19).
