How I got here…

21: Graduated Vanderbilt in 3 years Magna Cum Laude, and took a fancy consulting job.
23 yrs old: Left my fancy consulting job to start a business (a gym).
24 yrs old: Opened 5 gym locations.
26 yrs old: Closed down 6th gym. Lost everything.
26 yrs old: Got back to launching gyms (launched 33). Then, lost everything for a 2nd time.
26 yrs old: In desperation, started licensing model as a hail mary. It worked.
27 yrs old: "Gym Launch" does $3M profit the next 6 months. Then $17M profit next 12 months.
28 yrs old: Started Prestige Labs. $20M the first year.
29 yrs old: Launched ALAN, a software company for agencies to work leads for customers. Scaled to $1.7mmo within 6 months.
31 yrs old: Sold 75% of UseAlan to a strategic buyer in an all stock deal.
31 yrs old: Sold 66% of Gym Launch & Prestige Labs at $46.2M valuation in all-cash deal to American Pacific Group. (you can google it)
32 yrs old: Started making free content showing how we grow companies to make real business education accessible to everyone (and) to attract business owners to invest or scale their businesses.

Today: Our portfolio now does $200M/yr between 10 companies. The largest doing $100M/yr the smallest doing $5M per year. Our ownership varies between 20% and 100% ownership of the companies. Many of them we invested in early and helped grow (which is how we make our money - not youtube videos).

To all the gladiators in the arena, we’re all in the middle of writing our own stories. The worse the monsters, the more epic the story.

You either get an epic outcome or an epic story. Both mean you win.

Raw egg whites are 50% Bioavailable. Cooking them makes them 90% Bioavailable. He’s literally drinking 4 cups of mucus to get the amount of protein as 2 cups of scrambled egg whites.

In a different way, I love adding egg whites to frozen fruit smoothies in the morning. It keeps the flavors in tact, and sometimes I just want to drink a smoothie without the powder taste. I bulk prep bags with the frozen ingredients and morning of I blend with eggs whites and almond milk. My favorite recipe:

-1/3 frozen banana
-5 frozen mango chunks
-1/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice
-handful of spinach
-1/8 cup walnuts
-1 date
- 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
-.75 cups egg whites
-splash of almond milk

Also, its pasturized so it's shelf stable and cleared of any bacteria within. It was all liked during the pasteurization process. So you can drink it straight out of the carton if you so choose too.

Isnt the bioavailability of protien in raw egg whites is like 50-60% compare to cooked. So id say this is like 60 grams max.

what hes not telling you is you have to cook it for the protein to be even 50g bioavaliable lol and
no the pasteurizing process does not make them more bioavailable to the degree as cooking them does(he does say this in his full vid but that doesn't come across in this short)

Whey isolate is ~$3 CAD per 100g. Mix it with cashew milk if you want it to be a little smoother which only adds 25 more calories. Or just use water for absolutely no extra calories. Either way you choose, it's going to taste much better than this

You could always make your own Syrup using Allulose which actually has major benefits including blood glucose stabilization and lowering effect.
