I've been wanting to write you... 2 mths ago I started your 30 day WFPB Starch solution challenge. I not only lost 9lbs but I stuck to it, never looking back. Thank you so much! The first month I only felt pain due to my endometriosis for 2min when usually starts 2 weeks before my period. Loving this. Thanks again! ♥️

This was very inspiring like always. I found you a couple months ago, and the first thing that got me hooked up is the great value cans, and the simple utensils and dishes. I was like finally someone eating healthy without shopping from Whole Foods, usually people making dishes from walmart are all abt budget and not healthy options.
Also, your simple dishes just brings you closer to us, and make us feel if she can do it then i can do it too. Thank you so much for such encouraging content 😍❤

Melissa - you are just what I wanted! I have been WFPB low sugar, etc for 6 years (and lost 50 lbs) but I started rationalizing adding things like raisins and maple syrup and PB2 into my diet and gained 20 lbs.(?!). So finding your channel has inspired me to get back to the original McDougall format. Your videos are very direct and informational and really helpful!

Out of all the vegan recipes I have watched from various people, you definitely are the first one where I actually like the recipes. They are do able and look like recipes I would enjoy to eat! Thank you!

Those local greens look really good! If you're trying to get more greens in, you could definitely include more in your smoothies or do you and your husband prefer smoothies light on the greens?

Melissa, great video. With the soup I do the same w spinach but I put the spinach in the bowl first and pour the hot soup on top so the leaves get real soft. Thanks for posting.

Wouldn't blended soups be the same like drinking juice, more calorie dense because the fibre has been altered? Isn't it better to eat stews for weight loss than soups?
