Quang! Shoutout from a fellow Canadian. Quick tip, blind bake the pie shells filled with baking beans or foil filled with rice to give them extra crisp before you bake them again with the filling and top. Also find a tiny bit of salt on top helps brown it by drawing out a bit of moisture. Nice one!

Man, you made it look so easy. I grew up in Australia and meat pie was my daily school lunch. When I go back home that's one of the first things I look forward to eat. Seeing you eat the pie makes it even more joyful. One thing you should do is add more tomato sauce. Every bite should be filled with sauce. I like your enthusiasm with your cooking method, too.
