When I was in grade 6 my mom used to soak Almonds overnight and next day she used to grind it and mix some milk. She used the mixture to apply on her face. I am 38 years old now and still my mom does the same. My mom has never visited a parlor and she has the radiant glow. She is 65 yrs old. And past few years she is also consuming five almonds everyday. Love from India🙏

In Afghanistan we have best almonds and we eat 7 on daily basis. The fresh almonds yummy!!!
