thank you for this, as a woman who experiences a lot of water retention around the time of my period, this reminds me that i’m not just suddenly fat out of nowhere 😭 just retaining water

It's still significantly better to be properly hydrated of course ;)

Water retention causes for me:
-Post show water rebound (recovering from drying out)
-Blowout cheat meals
-Long flights
-Stress

Takes roughly 7-9 days for me to recover from this and and NO Diuretics were used at all to 'dry out’

I can related. I hold 4lbs of inflammation/water every time I eat BWW wings/high sodium foods. It’s a very visible difference.

I went from 209 to 180-181. I have plateaued at this weight since April 20th and haven’t gone anywhere since, not up or down. This video is keeping my hopes up. Only about 20-30 lbs left to lose or until I see my abs.
