How and When to parry Malenia, Blade of Miquella [Part 2] [Dagger, Parry Window/Frame] [Elden Ring]

As many of you requested to cover rest of the attacks that you can parry on Malenia.

Here you go: air attack, lunging swipe, double slash, right slide etc.
I've put small windows to show how attacks look like so you can see the difference between each other.

Ridiculously hard boss. And I didn't even catch her name at any point.

The dual swing is probably the hardest to parry. The reaction time needs to be perfect

A lot of the parries are easier than I expected because there's decent telegraph, like the left or the right slide into swing. The chain swings are especially easy because there's both a distinct visual and audio cue. However for the life of me I cannot pull off what you call the dual swing, it feels like it comes out of neutral almost instantly and I can't tell the difference between it's windup and all her other moves in time to decide to parry.

If I decide to just parry preemptively as soon as I see movement from her sword arm I often mix it up with the beginning of the right slide and get caught in recovery frames. Been practicing a while but I think I might just have to accept that I won't be beating Malenia with a parry playstyle.

dual weilding is impossible to parry for my slow reaction, it literally is like 0.1 sec parrying window 1-2 frames? there is no predictor either like the sliding, the forward strike has "bing" sound que tho. I make video too so i know you watching this comment! please share ur secret to parry it if u had one lol

That dual swing is the death of me, can't seem to get the timing down and she uses it the most out of all her moves for me.

That dual swing is brutal. Also learned that i can parry the dive ill try strafing to the left to see if i can parry that better and one the 360 other than that can parry 90% of the time.

I am doing parry only run and I am stuck at malenia due to that one attack "dual swing". I can't even tell when she's gonna do that and parry frames for that attack is very less. Is there any way to tell when she's gonna use that attack so that I can dodge instead of parrying.

Can you do a guide on how to parry her during some attack combos? Like, if you f*ck up the start of her combo of quick slashes from the left, you can still parry the slash from the right, but I can't correctly get the timing at all times. Or, well, another example is her combo where she turns 360 degress, and if she hits you with that, she then turns around again but with a slightly different speed.

I'm struggling parrying that one attack where she jumps and spins the slashes at your left side. I'm not sure if I'm doing it early or late.
