Not all attacks tho... I think as example waterfall isn't pqrrybale but all standing heavy moves except the piece attack shall be able to parry

Dagger is one of the harder parries that’s awesome. Although doing that 15 times in a row x 2 without mistiming a parry/ dodge is the actual hard part. There are some super fast attacks to hit and this fight has much shorter windows than most of what you get in sekiro. Atleast it feels that way to me. That one where she kinda walks up and does the double under hand swipe fucked me up every single time, I still don’t think I can do it consistently and I’m easily in the hundreds of attempts.
