I used your prenatal workouts a year and a half ago when I was pregnant and am so excited to follow your new prenatal plan for my second! I am 8 weeks pregnant, so at the perfect place to start. I love that your workouts are challenging while safe for pregnancy. I stayed active and fit through my first pregnancy and felt so healthy. I am big advocate of exercise during pregnancy (barring any complications). So many women today stop moving once they are pregnant but it is so important for a healthy baby and mamma! Thanks so much for these workouts!

I will be twelve weeks tomorrow. I took a break from working out for the last three weeks because I was ridiculously exhausted, and today is my first day back and it felt SO GOOD! THIS IS WHY I WORKOUT! Thank you for all of your awesome workouts and training plans!

Loved this. I only have one 15 lb jumbo kettlebell but I used my other dumbbells too. I loved each exercise.

Hi, I’m a new follower and loving all the workouts and nutrition videos so far. I’m 10 weeks pregnant with my second child and always been active until I stopped going to CrossFit about a year ago. I did that all the way until I gave birth and loved how I felt. I kept active afterwards just not CrossFit style. This is different which I love because this time around I want to keep my core on tract and safe as far as diastasis recti. So thank you for your free prenatal workout plan. Do you recommend completing 2-3 rounds of your videos? For example today was the kettlebell workout and love handles, is it just 1x of each video?
