Man, I love your videos They are all very very helpful,
I have a request: a video for some mobility drills to improve overhead squats and squat snatches,
There are many videos about correcting the technic but almost non that explain how to improve mobility and what to do prior to a snatch or OH squat sessions

Thanks! What's the recommended breath pattern? Inhale on arch and exhale when the legs go to bar ?

You make it look easy but I struggle after 2 years to get more than 1 proper toes to bar

even your momentum is too much, you want a tiny bit a momentum, similar to a muscle up with perfect form, still uses slight momentum on the swing, same thing here, about half of what you have is optimal, remember more momentum = less results

Tha magic words at the end, CrossFit! Bent legs and swinging, start from a dead hang and keep legs straight, it's about strength not numbers

Dude straighten your knees your bent bad, if you want the most from this exercise straighten that leg
