thank you so much sir, because my knees don't touch the ground when i sit in L-shape, i just realised that i need to do hamstring and quads excercise to help them stretch, i thought something was really wrong with me, guess i was just awfully inflexible😅, tysm. i will update after some improvement.🐰

This looks promising, but I'm not ready for these stretches yet. I'm seeing great improvements in my flexibility with just sciatic nerve flossing right now. When I tried to stretch my hamstring with the help of a physical therapist, my sciatic nerve flared up because it does not like to be stretched.

Very few people talk about how hamstring range of motion may be limited by the sciatic nerve. Do you have any programs for that?

I had hip labral tear surgery a year ago and I can’t touch my toes without my mid back bending. I also can’t bring my knee all the way to my chest.

i mean, every video i watch about stretching, it seemed for ppl who already doing it for a year.
If someone is looking for stretching, theres much more going on. To get into that position will take half of a year for average person

Id like to be able to do this but i cant even get past my knees currently. My hips and hammies are so so tight, i just dont know where to start

I have lumbar herniated disc at c4 and c5. Would these strectches help me or am forbiden to do them. I cant touch my toes all i can go is to my knees and am 40

my Ham bones are so tight that I end up feeling pain in my SI joint area when I try to forward fold. Any tips on what I am doing wrong? Should I just regress more? Thanks so much Shane!
