If you eat that much yogurt you should just use the milk to make your own using the same brand, it pretty simple and cheaper

Great video. What is your opinion on non-homogenixed, VAT pasteurized milk, like from Kalona Superfoods? I dont have easy access to local farms so i opt for Kalona instead. I always wonder if im still getting all the bioavailable nutrients and if it is benefitting me at all really. Would like to hear what you or anyone else thinks.

I would avoid dairy in general as dairy is estrogenic and weakens men. Raw milk is even worse than pasteurized as pasteurizing it kills the hormones
