Our son stopped drinking pasteurized milk as a toddler (we didn’t have knowledge of raw milk back then and he just stopped wanting to drink what was available). Fast forward to now he is ten and we have been treating an auto immune eye condition and I learned of raw milk and figured let’s try it again. He didn’t want to taste milk because he didn’t like it that much but I asked him to just try it…after one sip he looked surprised and said ‘oh that good!’. Now he craves milk! There clearly is something in the raw milk that his body needs. The whole family has now switched to raw milk and I am so thankful it is available for us. I wish it was more available for others and am thankful for everyone (like you) getting this information out there to help others!

We LOVE our raw milk! When I stopped producing breastmilk after only eight months, we put our baby on raw cows milk and she is so strong and so active and so healthy, she does not get sick like all the other kids. It’s amazing. My husband and I are both very physically active and we know we can feel the benefits. We live in New York, and we are on our way out, thank goodness back to Texas so that we can live an unhindered healthy lifestyle.

Years ago, maybe like 2012, me and some friends visited a friend’s mother who lived in upstate New York, and we took a tour of a dairy farm there. They had a process for their cows where instead of super heating the milk, they super cooled it, and you could drink it from a tap they had on the side of the machinery. They told us the cooling killed harmful bacteria while leaving the good stuff in the milk alone. To this day, it was the best milk I’ve ever tasted.

I have a son with scoliosis who went through the Nuss Procedure for Pectus Excavatum when he was 12. He carries the Marfan gene and shows it. Gangly thin, lanky limbs, poor eyesight, bulging eyes. He had the bar in his chest over 4 years. During that time I was able to find raw grassfed milk for $4 a gallon.

At the age of 15, he drank a quart or more a day. Every morning he walked into the kitchen I could see a difference in his size and health. He grew 7", his weight evened out, his muscles started growing over that first summer. No more dandruff, no pits in his nail, acne gone.

When we went back to have his bar removed, his surgeon didn't recognize him.

He's now 26, owns goats, almost 6ft, lifts weights & doing great.

Raw milk is a gift.

I hope it's healthy...I recently found a 24-hour vending machine with raw milk just 15 minutes from my house (Bavaria, Germany)! I couldn't believe that I didn't know about it sooner. It even has empty bottles for sale if you don't have your own to fill. Fantastic!

I buy raw milk and cream from a local WA State farm. Store bought milk has always been something that tasted terrible to me. Raw milk reminds me of the milk delivered to our home as a child. I also make yogurt, cheese, butter, etc. out of it. Best stuff!

I found an article that states as a Candian I can buy it in the US (in states where its legal) and bring it over the border, but cant buy it from a local farmer as the penalties for that farmer are severe. Also even with pasturized milk once a farmer has reached his allowed quota he is forced to dump all his excess milk..they teach us in school that we are more civilized in a democratic system, but I beg to differ. With the price of food getting crazy how do we warrant dumping litres of milk at the end of the month? And shouldnt we have the right to choose for ourselves if we want raw milk? its totally insane how our "elected" leaders have our "best interests" in mind.

I was born in 1958. Both parents were raised on WI diary farms. I was raised on raw cow's milk until I went to elementary school. In second grade I got a bad case of asthma. Had to get allergy shots 2 times a week and had to sleep sitting up in a chair for 2 years. Dr said it was from milk. Bad reaction from crappy milk from school, not milk from grandpa's cows.

Raw milk brought tears to my eyes the first time I tasted it. I can drink dairy fine, I just gain weight from it.
I poured it over my puppy's food recently, he is a chunk now. He was always the biggest of the litter but I think he out weighs all of his litter mates by a long shot!

I consumed raw milk (in 🇨🇦) during my pregnancy and while nursing my third (and last) child. She is 10, poke free, allergy free and healthy. Her older brothers both have peanut allergies (I believe bc of other factors).

I just finally bought fermented and kefir raw milk 5 days ago.... and I cannot stop drinking it... 3 cups per day.... it's unsweetened and sour, but I find it extremely delicious! This is how I know my body needs the nutrition from this specific food. I've been so in tuned with my body, that I crave for certain food when I know I need it, like liver, strawberries, butter. I have SIBO and leaky gut, and this is the only probiotic I have been able to tolerate so far. I'm currently eating carnivore + raw milk kefir. I feel amazing. I can tell I'm starting to heal from the inside out.

my husband grew up in Kenya, on the equator, and they had no electricity or modern amenities. He told me they would get a bottle of milk from the market and leave it out on the table all day, in the heat, no a.c., nothing and they would all drink from it and never got sick. I never understood it until I recently came across a raw dairy out here. The milk does not go bad, like ultrapasteurized milk. it sours, and turns to curd and whey. Ive had it for months and it just gets really sour. it's only pasteurized milk that turns bad when it gets old.

I’m visiting a goat farm next week to try straight from the udder raw goat milk. Can’t wait!
