4. Nausea
5. Diarrhea

Type of Casein

There is a lady nearby us that raises milk goats. You can go to her house and buy fresh, raw goat milk. Hearing all the info on the health benefits of fresh, raw goat milk, we bought a gallon from her. If you have ever been around goats, you know they have a really distinctive, nasty smell, so I assumed the milk would be nasty, but I would sort of force myself to adapt to it because of the health benefits. So, we bought a gallon of milk from her, took it home, and I was ready to try and gag some down. To my surprise, it was the sweetest, creamiest most delicious milk I had ever tasted. Really smooth, and not even a hint of "goatiness". We set up with her where we now buy a gallon of her goat milk a week. She leaves it in a refrigerator in her garage, and we just go in, and leave the money in a basket. We have been making yogurt, kiefer, cheese and other dairy products from the milk. So happy we are doing this. We really need to get back to buying healthy food from local, natural producers. The milk is $10 a gallon, and I consider that a really fair price, given all the work to keep the goats and the dairy.

I love goat and sheep yogurt. It is always organic, grass fed and has much better nutrients. The cheese from their milk is also very yummy. I believe that goats (and sheep) aren't good for factory farming, which is also great!

I like the information. I would be happy with a longer, more in-depth discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of consuming goat and sheep milk. I'm especially interested in the ketone aspect. Mitochondrial uncoupling is something I don't know a whole lot about. But find it fascinating.

I did not start to grow and develop muscles until age 10 when we got goats. In my early years I had alergic reactions to many foods an skin rash eruptions regularly.

Since you asked for my viewpoint on this topic, try RAW milk if you can access it. Raw milk has no lactose issues since the lactase enzyme (necessary for lactose digestion and naturally in the raw milk) hasn’t been destroyed by pasteurization. The majority of people who react to pasteurized milk can enjoy raw milk with no problem. My viewpoint is that raw vs. pasteurized is a much more significant distinction than A1 vs A2.

@Dr. Eric Berg DC A correlation I have found with several clients (as well as a few family members) is that some people/children who have had bed wetting problems are often times allergic to dairy. I eliminated dairy, specifically casine 1 and the bed wetting resolved over a few months period, my clients and child started sleeping better and were able to wake up when they felt the urge to pee. It's almost like their bodies were working so hard to digest the dairy that they would go into a sleep coma and were not able to wake up even if they needed to pee. As always, great info Doc, thanks!!!

Thank you Dr. Eric for your time. The video is short and hits point to the info. It is also nice to get full info about the subject from time to time.

Thanks for another great video.
Please write a book that is basically in an Encyclopedia format on each vitamin and mineral, what pairing(s) of vitamins go together and why, and basically have it so that you can either see what benefits come from each vitamin, or you can look up a symptom and see which vitamin or mineral deficiency is likely to blame.
Thanks again for all of your great videos!

Raw milk, even from A1 cows, is digestible. I went to great lengths to feed my children raw milk and raw cheese (as well as lacto-fermented vegetables and soaked grains) for the first 8 years of their lives. No problems at all, until circumstances changed and we had to go conventional.

I love how you address topics. I appreciate you listening to your viewers. I love how you have changed my life! Pasteurized milk and milk products are a dead food. Everything good in it has been killed by heat. I am so grateful that almost all us states have raw milk sales. Only 3 countries in the world ban raw milk sales. Canada and Scotland being two.
