After our church service, I did ask a Neurologist Doctor, who is a female out and told her how amazing she was; but unfortunately she said no, very gracefully, praised me and returned compliment to me about my bravery for asking her out as I was complimenting her by asking her out. She still values our friendship as well as I do. But she was never cold to me and she was always humble to me. I am trying to move on and learn from the Neuro Doctor, but I still see her most Sundays and she is in my home group. A part of me is that I have been going to the church for at least 18 years now and so attracted to it, as she has been going for at least 5 years as I have known her that long as well. Because she is so nice, kind and not boastful about her career, I am just going to leave it alone - if she changes her mind, it’ll be a wonderful surprise, even though, it’s very unlikely it’ll happen and I will always respect her for rejecting me gracefully and honestly
