It will make your tendons real sore being that high up on the ankle...put the tape lower on the heel will work just as well and not make your Achilles sore!! I know from personal experience over 2 years continous use.... it does work but you need a fortune to pay for the tape...and sometimes tender skin needs a break from the tape being on the top side of foot....I change the tape daily or every other day depending in how wet the tape gets....breadbags or baggies over the feet during a shower keeps it dry, but you have to hand wash the feet to keep tape dry....If you are lazy this will not work for you....diligence is a

Es hilft vielleicht schon, aber nur bei einem minimalen Hallux Valgus. Es lindert die Schmerzen und verlangsamt das Fortschreiten. Nach 30, 40 Jahren reicht es nicht mehr. Bei stärkeren Verformungen hilft gar nichts mehr. Spreche aus eigener Erfahrung. Werde eine Operation nicht mehr länger herauszögern können. Darum ist es wichtig im Anfangsstadium dagegen vorzugehen.
