This is great, I'm 22 and I was wearing bad shoes for a year which lead to a bunion forming. It seems I can still reverse it! Thank you guys and God bless you!

Ordered the Correct Toes spacers after watching this episode and am really happy with how comfortable they are - I forget I’m wearing them! I’ve tried other spacers in the past but could only wear them temporarily because they felt so bulky. These are perfect. Thank you for always informing us viewers of options out there. Wishing you all a healthy and happy new year! 🎉😊

If you are of a certain age (cough), have large size feet, and if you wanted to wear stylish shoes, properly fit shoes were not easy to come by in our younger days. Anyway, I blame sizeism for my bunion! Now that I don't give a hoot about style on my feet, I could get properly fitting shoes if I wanted. I am in quite a lot of pain but do not want surgery, so I am on the hunt for these spacers.

After 4 unsuccessful surgeries there is probably no hope for me anymore. The toes on both of my feet are now deformed. I wish l found out this information before I opted for my first surgery. I can't bend my big toe on my right foot anymore. They put some sort of "jacket" around the inside of my big toe during one of my surgeries. I also had a pin inserted in my left second toe which broke during my healing process. Now the toe on that foot points upward and the doctor left the broken pin in there. I used to run 12 miles a day when l was younger. Wish l could send you pictures of the deformities in both of my feet and how they are so different and out of sync. I feel this is connected to the excruciating back pain l endure every morning when l get out of bed. It seems like my feet were operated on in the books of experimental purposes except l pay the price of the pain l endure every day because of all of my surgeries.

I love this doctor, he's trying to treat people the right way. I hope the doctor is successful always.

This is so encouraging, my podiatrist didn't even mention this, he just gave me predisone and told me to hope for the best. This is so great!

This is just what I needed! Off to get started, and glad to know this isn't just something I have to live with 'because I'm getting older'.

I think our 14 year-old son has bunions. We adopted him as an infant and I just thought he had really ugly feet, LOL. Now, I think he may have bunions (he's always worn XW sneakers which can be hard to find). He has all kinds of other issues (Down syndrome, Autism, and is non-verbal) and I honestly don't know if we could get him to wear spacers or do the stretches, but it's worth a try! I guess I'll check the doctor's website and go from there. Thanks for posting this!

Damn, I always heard about Keanu Reaves’ generosity. Never in a million years could I have imagined he would be assisting me with my feet! Thanks Mr. Wick 🙏🏿

My feet were wide even as a young child!! Thankfully my mom understood and took me to Buster Browns which was the only place near me that had wide shoes for children !! Thanks, Mom!!! Result: no bunions!!!

Would have been good to have some pictures explaining all this. Like where to cut the inside of your shoes and how the big toe should be positioned to avoid or fix bunions. Thanks anyway :)

My bunions corrected with the lockdown. After decades of cute heels with pointy toes, I had bunions on both feet. One day I realized thay after skipping those shoes, my feet were better!! Now I choose footwear carefully with lower heels and plenty of room in the toe box. I also walk barefoot as much as possible and purposely splay my toes as wide as I can. Probably about two years to get better and still good two years later.

Ì live in Canada and have a bunion on my right foot (big toe) and years ago a podiatrist told me to wear a bunion corrector and the exercise you mentioned but would take about two or three years to correct the bunion. Now that you said the same thing and all the negative facts from those who had the surgery including a cousin of mine that had the operation and the bunion came back, I will do the exercise and pull my big toe instead.

Spacers hurt to wear, but I like silicone cushioning on the bones when walking. Would love to see a video addressing metatarsalgia and capsulitis. I’ve bought good quality shoes, wider toe boxes, expensive arch supports, silicone toe sleeves and it’s not fixing the problem.

This vid just reminded me to put my lil toe spacer on, lol. I bought a bag of silicon spacers to wear at night but my cat loves to steal and chew on them.

This was so good, i definitely always thought my little bunion was hereditary. Ive had it since i was a kid, probably noticed it around 5th or 6th grade. Im only just noticing that it looks a tad bit more inward so i want to get to correcting it even though its a very mild case. Even when you asked the question about only having it on one foot which i do, it made perfect since because im a little taller on my right side and thats the side of my bunion.

I'm now wearing Keens boots for hiking and I've used toe straighteners and I get virtually no bunion pain anymore and I only have bunions and flat feet on my left foot which is a bigger and wider foot

I had a bunionectomy on the right foot 10 yrs ago. It went well! Then I had the left toe done by a different doctor. He told me he cut into me and my nerve was in the way. He worked around it but nonetheless damaged my nerve. So painful.
