I was very sceptical but thought I would give it a go and I am so glad I did. After just one week of once a day the improvement is remarkable. Please try this. I thought I was going to have to suffer every day simply to walk but now I am very optimistic about getting my life back.

Thank you! I actually went to see a podiatrist about my bunion pain. He was old school. He didn’t provide me any exercises nor stretches and simply told me I need orthotics. I really appreciate you making these videos. My bunion pain feels better already after doing your exercises!

Thank you! I have a mild bunion on my right foot and a much more pronounced bunion on my left foot. Your exercises have been great for comparing the range of motion in each foot and understanding what's possible. Not all the exercises I've found on YouTube have been enlightening in the same way. A penny's dropped, and I feel like my right foot can teach my left foot what to do!

Just a note to thank you once again. After doing these exercises, my discomfort was greatly relieved. You have relieved my bunion pain and my previous thigh pain. Please continue posting videos. I'm not sure what affliction I may suffer from next! P.S. The Sock-Pull Isometric technique seems to really work for me. Maybe I re-aligned the bones in my toe.

Want to thank you so much for this video and in fact all of your videos. Cannot begin to tell you how much you have helped me. I have had pain in my SI joint, my neck, my knee and the top of my foot growing in strength for about a year. Most docs response "part of growing old". Have done many of your procedures to alleviate the pain and had some success. But the pain in my foot was becoming unbearable. Did not what it was. Tried the protocol in this video. Last night. Did not seem to do much. Several hours later I stood up and walked to the kitchen. I guess I stumbled or my foot released. I don't know. Almost took a very serious tumble. Right foot twisted over to right. Pain from toes to ankle. Foot swelled Discolored bump appeared near ankle. Pain, Pain, Pain. Figured I would be at doc today. Took tylenol and ice and 1/2 ambien and went to bed. Hard hard night. This morning some discomfort but more and more resolved. The amazing thing is that I can tell that the pain in my neck, shoulder, hip, si joint and knee has been reduced by 80%. Wow. And I find that the weight of my foot has shifted from just above the arch to back on the outside bone. I think I am going to be a great "old" lady. Thank you so much. (For those like me----be careful with those first steps--this technique works.)
