So usually I do the Burn work out in the morning but this morning I’m going to start with this one because I’m off today and am going to be walking some trails and I’ll save my burn work out for tonight ❤️ Love you Rebecca. 5. Thank you so much Rebecca. I usually find it so hard to do ab workouts as my core is weak but I was able to do all of these and complete the entire workout. Everytime I wanted to stop, your words pushed me to do it a little more harder 💖💖
