Thanks for the un-fond memories. Briefly dated a guy who had every one of those characteristics.
He was also spamming up my emails and giving my phone numbers to real estate agents because he didn’t like my adult son living for free in my rent house. I finally realized who was behind all this when he said he and his ex wife and ex girlfriend were sending each other junk emails and phone solicitors. When I told him I don’t read my emails anymore because of too much spam, he stamped his foot which was the total give away. We were in good standing at the time which was baffling.

If he tries to frustrate you like the above that’s also a huge red flag. I think you alluded to that in your points.
So glad to be rid of him..
Being by yourself is a breath of fresh air. You will never consider yourself lonely again after a couple of losers like that.

I got away from a younger male like this four years ago. I’m still healing from all the crazy making and seriously criminal acts he perpetuated and have finished making a formal statement now with the police. He is under investigation and I am much more supported.

He constantly punished me for earning more than him. I never mentioned it. Only reason he knew is because he snooped through my laptop. He made me pay for everything. He tried to deprive me of sleep so that I wouldn't be my best at work. He never validated me for my efforts or accomplishments. I cheered him on while he drained me and made me feel like crap. I left him 10 months ago and it's been very good. I didn't realize how toxic our (trauma) bond was because I was so codependent and I thought I needed him. I didn't. I don't. I'm free. I'm happy. I'm healing. I'm wiser.
