I’ve been doing your mat exercises for several years now. They’re wonderful. And the indoor walking really saved our bacon during recent wildfires — we benefitted so much. Question: The wall exercises seem very similar to the mat exercises. How would you compare the benefits from wall vs. mat (on the ground) exercises? Is one better than the other? More difficult? Etc. (I haven’t tried the wall exercises yet.)

Oh thank you, Jessica! I have been dying to try wall pilates! When attempting to do the bridge, I find that I "slide" and puts pressure on my chest that makes it hard to breathe. Any ideas what I may be doing incorrectly? Love this workout! Just what I needed to get acclimated to wall pilates after doing mat pilates for over 20+ years!

Hi Jessica I’ve loved this opportunity to try wall pilates however I can no longer ignore my appalling posture - I couldn’t get my arms flat against the wall let alone reaching them up the wall. Would you recommend I attempt the exercise every day in the hope my back muscles will strengthen and lengthen?
