There are many techniques but this one will work with all drawings.

That's awesome Andrew! sometimes I use W-Block and select Entire drawing. It also reduces the file size but I have to run Wipeout-frames-off afterwards. This is great! Thanks!

This doesn't maintain any layouts that have been set up in the file. That's the problem with WBLOCK.
